Guest Waiver

I acknowledge that I freely accept and fully assume all risks, dangers, and hazards associated with the use of the equipment. I recognize that golfing involves numerous risks, dangers, and hazards, including but not limited to: slips and falls; exposure to COVID-19; failure to act safely or within one’s abilities; straying from designated areas; negligence of other individuals; and negligence on the part of the releasees. I understand that negligence includes a failure by the releasees to take reasonable measures to protect or safeguard me from the risks, dangers, and hazards identified above.



I assume full responsibility for any equipment I use and agree to cover the cost of any damage or loss, including full replacement at retail value if necessary.

Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, and Indemnity Agreement

In consideration of being permitted by the releasees to use the facilities, I hereby agree to the following: to indemnify and hold harmless the releasees from any and all liability resulting from damage to or loss of property, or personal injury to any third party. This release agreement shall be legally binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns, and legal representatives in the event of my death or incapacity. If I am signing this waiver on behalf of my child, all terms above shall apply fully.
